• Providing truthful, accurate, and up-to-date personal information during registration

Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory for all members prior to making a withdrawal. Required documents include a valid national ID or passport, proof of address, and proof of payment method. 03Deposit & Withdrawal of Funds

05Betting Rules & Policy

All bets placed on the luky99 platform are final once confirmed by the system. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of each bet before confirmation. luky99 is not liable for any betting errors made by users.

• Minimum and maximum betting limits vary by game type and market
• Odds are displayed in Malaysia Odds (MY) format by default
• luky99 reserves the right to void bets in the event of a technical error or incorrect odds
• Bets placed on events that have already ended or been cancelled will be voided
• Live betting cannot be cancelled once confirmed

06Account Security & Responsibility

Luky99 employs an advanced fraud detection system that monitors account activity in real time. Any suspicious activity will be flagged for manual review and the relevant account may be temporarily suspended during the investigation.

07Restrictions & Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities while using the luky99 platform:

• Registering more than one account under your own name or another person's name
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any method to conceal your actual location
• Engaging in money laundering through the betting platform
• Colluding with other players to manipulate betting outcomes
• Using another person's information to register or conduct transactions
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform's systems

08Account Suspension & Termination

Luky99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of terms, or activity harmful to the platform or other users.

Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before the account closure is processed, all eligible account balances will be returned to your registered bank account upon completion of security checks.

• Voluntary closure is processed within 3 business days
• Bonus balances that have not met the wagering requirements will not be returned
• Transaction records are retained for 5 years in accordance with legal requirements

09Platform Liability Limits
